Introducing the Standard Cart Hydraulic Disc Brake Kit.
After over a year of testing, the brake kit is now available!
The kit includes:
1x - 22mm pre-bled hydraulic dual-piston caliper with replaceable brake pads, Caliper handle has adjustable height for engagement.
1x - Drift Bar Handle Extension- Adjustable in length and pitch. The handle bolts to your drift bar allowing the brake lever to be used without hitting the floor pan.- Diamond grip included
1x - Rim half with slotted and drilled rotor to bolt to your existing rim half.
1x - Brake caliper mounting bracket, spacers and hardware, powder-coated in Prismatic Powders Ink Black.
1x - Mounting hardware kit.
OPTION:
1x - TG heavy-duty neck if you do not already have one already.
No motor included. Will work with 250w stock motor assembly.
If already running TG neck, you will need to drill one hole.
Note: The Kit requires using your existing front wheel gear side.
USAGE WARNING: Do not apply brake and throttle at the same time, this will cause serious damage to your motor.
WILL NOT WORK ON STOCK FORK (NECK)
Please make sure you watch the installation video in its entirety to understand the full scope of the installation. It needs special care and know-how to install the kit. If not installed properly the kit will have serious issues. ie: brake cable getting damaged or caliper not aligning properly.
Warning: Please ensure brake kit is free of dragging and do not hold brakes while accelerating. This will cause extreme load and heat to the motor. (Think about it like pedaling your bike and holding the brakes).

Will this work on all Standard Crazy Carts?
No Will not work with Crazy Cart that has the batteries in the back. Also known as V1-4.
Can I still drift?
Yes the cart will perform like a normal Crazy Cart if installed properly. Applying the brake will add angle while sideways- It does take a bit of adjusting how you ride if you are using the brakes while sideways. Grabbing too much brake can end up flipping the cart if you are not careful.
Can I install this in my garage?
Yes, please make sure you watch the installation video in its entirety to understand the full scope of the installation. It needs special care and know-how to install the kit. If not installed properly the kit will have serious issues. ie: brake cable getting damaged or caliper not aligning properly.
Will this work on my XL Crazy Cart?
NO will not work at all. We offer a XL brake kit on the website.
Are the brake pads replaceable?
Yes we have replacement pads. Wear will depend on usage.
Do I absolutely need the upgraded neck?
YES, You will need a TG front fork. It will NOT work on a stock neck.
